Conditions of Play

If a players behavior is deemed offensive while participating in any SDCWGA sponsored event, her eligibility may be terminated at the discretion of the SDCWGA Board of Directors.

Player's attire must conform to the dress code of SDCWGA.  Acceptable attire includes tailored shorts or slacks and tailored shirts or knit shirts fashioned for golf.  Unacceptable attire includes jeans of any color (or pants fashioned like jeans, with sewn-on hip pockets or rivets), jogging shorts, sweat outfits, T-shirts or tank tops.  Shirts without a collar shall have sleeves; shirts without sleeves shall have a collar.  Shorts shall be appropriate in length, i.e., no more than 4 inches above the knee or no less than a  6-inch in-seam.  A more conservative dress code required by a course will supersede the above.

Blue Flag Policy.  SDCWGA will allow the use of "Blue Flags" at all of our events, provided Proof of Disability, issued by the State of California DMV is on file with the SDCWGA office.  Such proof must be updated upon each expiration date of the originally provided document.
In the event of a temporary disability, a player may send a letter to SDCWGA, along with the event entry, requesting the use of a "Blue Flag".  Requests should be accompanied by some documentation that will validate the temporary disability.  Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the player will be notified prior to the close of entries if a Blue Flag will be allowed
