Blue Flag Policy.  SDCWGA will allow the use of "Blue Flags" at all of our events, provided Proof of Disability, issued by the State of California DMV is on file with the SDCWGA office.  Such proof must be updated upon each expiration date of the originally provided document.
In the event of a temporary disability, a player may send a letter to SDCWGA, along with the event entry, requesting the use of a "Blue Flag".  Requests should be accompanied by some documentation that will validate the temporary disability.  Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the player will be notified prior to the close of entries if a Blue Flag will be allowed
